Wonderful family get-away with lot of fun outdoor activities! Our family of six (ages 8-18) had a wonderful summer vacation at Ski Town Condos. The condos are very clean and have everything you need. The package deal was great because all reservations and directions were prepared for us ahead of time. The reservations were with reputable outfitters. Ski Town Condos is located in a beautiful mountain area where there are many things to see and do. Our family stayed busy the whole week. In addition to the activities included in the package, we found great hiking trails nearby and visited the Royal Gorge and the Black Canyon. Patrick, Jane, James, Holly, Joanna, & Andrew.

Nice Getaway Site! A Quiet, Clean Place in the Mountains. Gigi's place is so nice! It was clean and quiet. We especially liked the condo's proximity to the Collegiates and Crested Butte, as well as panoramic local hikes in the area. Gigi is an excellent hostess who goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant. The Hooks.

Awesome spring vacation in Chaffee County, Colorado! Traveling often to Colorado for ski trips during winter months, my wife & I were eager to travel there during the spring/summer. Wow! It was well worth it. First and foremost, we were very pleased with our accommodations. Gigi (the owner) was very nice, handled our reservations professionally, and maintained an immaculate property. Sure, this isn't a luxury condo, but it was very clean and provided the comforts of home. Off all the places we have stayed in the area, this was the best! We also liked the location of the property. It was located in the quite historic mining village of Monarch, nestled in the mountains, and surrounded by the San Isabel Nat. Forest. So there was plenty to explore right out the door! Area attractions, Salida, and Buena Vista all within 30-45 min. scenic driving, just watch for deer a night! Both towns offered a wide array of dining and specialty shopping. One thing, however, the location is not "digitally connected" very well. Our boys were a little miffed at first, but quickly found plenty of other things to do. So for us, it really wasn't a problem. Actually is nice not having your kids buried in their phones! Again, great place, great hostess (Gigi) and great time! On our way home, my wife said it was the best vacation we ever had and I agree. Crazy thing is, it was also one of the cheapest. Thanks Gigi!

I just got my pics back and the Trees and Mountains were outstanding!!! Probably my best photographic trip I have ever done! I got the best pics from walking down your road on my little hike and they turned out unbelievable! I can’t wait to show Debbie and my parents from Ohio. A fabulous vacation for Teens! White water rafting, Horseback riding, 4X4 Jeeps to 14,000 feet and gorgeous views. Our 3 teens were non stop busy and enjoyed every minute of our vacation package. The condo was beautiful and spacious and very Colorado in decor. Everything was neat and tidy and easy to find. Gigi was extremely helpful! We ate our dinners at the condo, as it has a full kitchen and then relaxed in the hot tub. We enjoyed the pool at the nearby lodge ($4 a day per person.) and the day trip to St. Elmo to feed the chipmunks! A great home away from home! (July 25 - 31, 2010)

Great Stay for Weekend of Skiing! My wife and I have stayed at this location every year for the past 4 years, each time for a weekend of skiing at Monarch. This condo is a great place to stay at a good value. The close location to Monarch allows us to be on the Mountain with only a 5-10 minute drive, and the hot tub is so inviting and relaxing after a day on the slopes, not to mention the comfortable beds which we also get a good nights sleep and the overall cleanliness of the entire property. The service is absolutely incredible and take advantage of the discounted hot springs passes. We will continue to stay at this location as long as we continue to ski at Monarch.
